Dr. Apichai Shipper discusses US FSI programs to support the career development of its diplomats

Dr. Apichai Shipper, the Asian Regional Chair of the US Department of State’s Foreign Service Institute (FSI), visited the its Philippine counterpart on 31 May 2018 to give his talk “How the US Trains its Diplomats.” Dr. Shipper discussed the schools under the US FSI and the various programs they provide to the entire US foreign service community to ensure the success of American diplomacy abroad.

Participants from the DFA and FSI flock to the Carlos P. Romulo School of Diplomacy (CPRSD) to listen to Dr. Shipper’s talk on how the United States trains its diplomats.
