The Foreign Service Institute hosted the 1^st Quarterly Cluster Meeting of the HR Managers/Officers for 2018 on 13 March 2018 in the Commission on Maritime and Ocean Affairs Secretariat Room, 2^nd Floor DFA Building, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. Representatives from thirteen (13) government agencies under the Civil Service Commission – National Capital Region Field Office – Department of Foreign Affairs (CSC-NCR FO-DFA) attended the meeting. It served as a participative venue for discussions on CSC issuance updates, 2018 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other HR Actions (ORAOHRA) issues and concerns, and other matters. Discussions were guided and initiated by CSC-NCR FO-DFA Director Laura D. Mangorangca and her staff.
