The Center for International Relations and Strategic Studies (CIRSS) of the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) was awarded as one of the Best Organizations in the Group Category during the Department of Foreign Affairs’ 119th Anniversary on June 23, 2017.  The award was given in recognition of the Center’s initiation and conduct of the Mabini Dialogue Series and the Mangrove Forum on International Relations, which served as a venue for information dissemination and intellectual conversations on different issues concerning PH foreign affairs. The other two awardees were the DFA Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat and the DFA Quality Management System (QMS) Core Team.
