FSI Director-General Claro S. Cristobal welcomed Atty. Jose Mario Buñag and Mrs. Edita C. Buñag, two of the authors of the book Philippines-Russia: 40 Years Hence (1976-2016) last 29 June 2017 at the Carlos P. Romulo Library.

The authors made a turnover for eighty-nine (89) copies that were sent to eighty-one (81) Foreign Service Posts of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

The Institute expresses its gratitude to Atty. And Mrs. Buñag for the kind gesture. It is indeed a great addition to the collection of the library and more importantly to strengthening and making sense of the relations of the Philippines and Russia for the past 40 years.
