The Carlos P. Romulo School of Diplomacy ran the Basic Records and Communications Officers’ Course on 27 February-7 March 2017. Seventeen (17) personnel from various DFA Regional Consular Offices, Satellite Offices, and the Home Office participated in the program. The course equipped participants with knowledge on the Department’s records management and communication systems such as the Internal Records Management System and the upcoming Enterprise Content Management System. They were also prepared for basic computer maintenance, troubleshooting and networking. Moreover, skills on website content management were developed among the participants. An English review session was also included with the aim of enhancing their oral and written communication skills.
