
Rated recently as one of the best government agencies, the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) held its team building activity at Club Morocco Resort and Country Club in Subic, Zambales, on 28-29 May 2015.
To strengthen unity, team spirit, and camaraderie among the personnel, the team building included a host of indoor and outdoor activities designed to provide oppportunities for old and new employees to get to know one another in a fun and relaxed setting, promote sportsmanship through engaging inter- and intra-team dynamics, and contribute to their overall sense of belonging to the FSI Team.
In his remarks, Acting Director-General and Team Leader Julio S. Amador III credited the recent successes of the Institute to its main asset, the people, and emphasized that the event would help lead the FSI Team to greater heights.
The team building was a resounding success and a rewarding day for the FSI Team. The team builders developed stronger personal connections, resulting in a more positive and productive professional environment.
