The Foreign Service Institute, through its Special Programs Section, held the two-day Skills Enhancement Workshop for the APEC Host Economy Liaison Officers (HELOs) of the City Government of Tagaytay at the Tagaytay Taal Vista Hotel on 2-3 October 2014.
