The Foreign Service Institute conducted the Skills Enhancement Workshop for the APEC Host Economy Liaison Officers (HELOs) of the Local Government of Cebu at the Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino in Mactan, Cebu. The two-day workshop was held in two batches: 3-14 October 2014 for Batch 1, and 16-17 October 2014 for Batch 2.

Cebu will host the APEC member-countries’ finance ministers’ meetings in September 2015 and the energy and transportation ministers in October 2015.
