The Foreign Service Institute (FSI) organized a briefing session for military officers who are currently enrolled at the Development Academy of the Philippines – Graduate School of Public and Development Management (DAP-GSPDM) on 30 January 2015.

The resource speakers for the briefing were Atty. Francisco Noel R. Fernandez III of the Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs (OUMWA) and Executive Director Christopher B. Montero of the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy Coordination (OSPPC) of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

The agenda for the briefing focused on the mandate, one-country team approach and assistance-to-nationals services of the DFA.
