The Foreign Service Institute held the FSI Planning Workshop for 2016 on the 5th and 6th of February, 2015 at the Carlos P. Romulo Library, DFA Building, Pasay City. The workshop was attended by officers and staff of the Foreign Service Institute and was chaired by Director-General Carlos D. Sorreta.

Director-General Sorreta and Deputy Director-General Julio S. Amador III discussed the strategic context that must be the basis of its plans and stressed that the Institute must have a major transformation for its 40th anniversary. During the workshop, the participants briefed each other of their plans and proposed activities for 2015 and also began preparations for the Institute’s 2016 Work Plan.
