The Foreign Service Institute (FSI) in cooperation with the Argentine Embassy hosted a lecture and cultural film show on 20 February 2014 at the Carlos P. Romulo Library, DFA Bldg., Pasay City, where Undersecretary Maria del Carmen Squeff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Argentine Republic was the guest speaker.
