The Foreign Service Institute (FSI) completed the implementation of the, “Course on Gender Sensitivity, Personality Enhancement and Handling Clients Effectively” last 3 September 2014 at the Bureau of Immigration Main Offfice, Magallanes Drive Intramuros, Manila.

FSI took part in the 5-week classroom training of around 200 newly hired and employed immigration officers for the Basic Immigration Officer Course. Gender Sensitivity Training and Personality Enhancement were conducted on the first day, Effective Client Relationship on the second day and Stress Management on the third day. FSI ran the 3-day course for Batch A from 11 to 13 August, Batch B from 18 to 20 August, Batch D from 26 to 28 August and Batch C from 1 to 3 September 2014.
